Submission Guidelines

Submission Method
Papers for publication must be submitted in full paper electronically via http://confsys.iconf.org/submission/iccll2024

If you want to present your research on ICCLL 2024, NO publication purpose, please refer to Oral Presentation ONLY, abstract must to be submitted.
At least one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must pay the registration by the requested registration deadline.

Paper submissions should be at least 5 pages, including the bibliography and any possible appendices. Extra page from Page 6 will be charged. All submissions will be double-blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to scope of the conference, originality, significance, and clarity. The following sections give further information for authors.


Review Process

The review process for papers submitted for the conference is refereed. Authors will be notified about their submission results in three weeks. Submissions will be evaluated based on the abstract/proposal.
The conference has a double-blind peer-review process.

Any paper submitted for the conference is reviewed by at least two international reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area. Based on the reviewers’ comments, papers are accepted, rejected or accepted with revision. If the comments are not addressed well in the improved paper, then the paper is sent back to the authors to make further revisions. The accepted papers are formatted by the conference for publication in the journals.


ICCLL will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the ICCLL reviewing period.
ICCLL firmly believes that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.

Official language is English in paper writing and presenting.
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
